"Plodder" is a piano solo that experiments with muddiness--lots of slow, loud, plodding bass notes and dissonances. While it can be played as a piano solo, this arrangement also includes bass clarinet and tuba parts, which add additional textures and muddiness to the piece. That said, it can be played as a piano solo... if you're sure you want to play so much muddiness!
